He was born March 3, 1938 in Chicago, IL to Frederick W. and Margaret (Roche) Rapp Sr. Married Jane M. Hollister July 18, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois, she survives. Also surviving are two daughters Nancy Rapp of Elkhart; Janet (Brad) Stimple of Lakewood, OH; one grandson; step sisters Dorothy Wozniak of Chesterton, IN; Beverly Bates of Reed City, MI; brothers Robert (Barbara) Harrington of Costa Mesa, CA; John (Lynn) Carpenter of New Hampshire. Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Hospice and Palliative Care or Cancer Services of Elkhart County.
