About Us

The Elkhart Model Railroad Club (EMRRC) is a group of about 15 model railroaders of all skill levels. We meet once a week on Friday night to work on projects and operate the HO & N scale layouts.

The Elkhart & Western is prototypical in operation, but freelance in style railroad. The E&W is a mid-division based railroad, primarily in the North along the Rust Belt of lake Erie. The actual modeled era on the layout is somewhere between 1967 - 1974.

Anyone interested in model railroading is welcome to visit the club during regular club night and tour the layout. We meet on Friday nights at 7:00 PM EST. Other times are available only by appointment. Please e-mail us below to set up an appointment.
