Thank you for taking the time to read my photo copyright policy, it's a pretty simple and common message of "no photos shall be used in any way without written permission." However, if you can't comprehend that simple sentence, perhaps the long version will help you! :-)

All the images found on this website are copyright protected by the photographer, nothing found on this site may be reproduced in any form without prior written consent. If you want to use any material found on this site, you should first obtain permission from Chris Fussell.

When you do obtain the required, written permission, you should post a notice that proclaims that this specific photograph is used with the permission of the original copyright owner. However, there are certain exceptions allowed:

• You can use any photo as your background image on your computer, or for your personal archive
  
• The website you want to use the photo on should be a non-commercial website, along with a note of where you obtained the photo from should be clearly shown, as well as a link to this website's homepage
• Any image may be used for educational purposes only in K-12 and college levels, I'm more than happy to supply a larger resolution for uses in those educational books and publications
