P32ACDM Locomotives 700 - 717

The P32ACDM locomotives are based in the New York City area, since they're configured to operate under diesel power, or draw Alternative Current from the electrified third rail into the underground tunnels and stations. They're also known as "Dual Modes", and rarely venture out of the Northeast territory.
