Pacific Harbor Line	PHL 80	Jan. 2008	Under construction at Mt. Vernon in late 2007. Wasbe the first 3GS21C built. On SD45 frame. No dynamics.
Pacific Harbor Line	PHL 81	Aug. 2008	Spotted en-route to PHL in late August 2008. No dynamics. Previously mentioned in June 2008 PHL Newsletter.
