First annual GGGRS "Club Run Day" at Garden Factory!
December 17, 2011.

Garden Factory in Gates, NY (near Rochester) has a HUGE indoor G-gauge train display!
It was built by two GGGRS club members, Peter Todd and Dave Rouse, during the
1990's, and Garden Factory sets it up and runs trains every year during the Christmas holiday season, Thanksgiving to New Years. This year (2011) Garden Factory let the GGGRS club have an afternoon where we could all come in and run our trains on the huge layout! Thanks Garden Factory!

This slideshow will run automatically, after you press the "start" button.
you can also manually scroll forward or backwards, or pause, using the buttons on the screen.

blargh

the slideshow currently does not stop! ;) when you get to the picture of Jim (the 2nd photo in the
slideshow) you will know you have come full-circle! hopefully there will be a way to stop it, eventually.
This is a new slideshow format offered by my photo host, smugmug. -Scot

Our own GGGRS club member John Steele had an article published in the October 2010
issue of Garden Railways Magazine! "Build a panning camera car. With this adjustable car, the camera turns with the train."  Nice job John!
And here is John's video of the panning camera car in action:
