The 4 track main yard is matched by an
identical yard in the garage so that entire trains can be taken out
and put away in minutes. There are two wye's on the layout, the one
near the bottom of the photo is arranged so that the trains from
the storage yard can take either direction on the layout, or a
train from the yard can be backed out onto the main line in either
direction.
