Circuit 4 - Gyrating Warning Lights

TRANSISTOR BOOSTERS

This circuit was taken from the December 1986 issue of "NMRA Bulletin".

The top circuit is used when controlling bulbs of higher amperage. The 2N2222 is substituted for the 7406. (one transistor per bulb)

The bottom circuit is used when controlling bulbs of higher amperage in the chase light circuit. In this case, an inverter(7404) and a transistor should be used instead of 7407.
