Senior Regular Member: Any person over the age of 18 years.

Junior Regular Member: Any person between 14 and 18 years.

Operating Crew Member: Any person over the age of 18 years who wishes to become a member of the railway's operating crew.

Application must be made to the Secretary on the form provided.

The first calendar month after filing application for regular membership, the perspective member will have the opportunity to enjoy the Society's assets. The following six months they will be on probation. At the business meeting following the probationary period their application will be considered for regular membership. Probationary members will be notified of this meeting and requested not to attend.

Upon acceptance as a regular member, will be provided with a membership card and personal copy of the Constitution.

The first month's dues are payable to the Treasurer when the probationary period begins. Senior Regular monthly dues are $25.00. Junior monthly dues are $12.50. Operating Crew yearly dues are $60.00.

Operating and work sessions are held every Tuesday after 7:00pm, and Saturdays after 9:00am. Business Meetings are held the first Thursday of each quarter (March, June, September, December) at 7:30pm in the clubroom lounge.

Within one year of being accepted as a regular member, the new member will be expected to own and place on the layout for operation fifteen (15) appropriate "units" of equipment. (A freight car is one unit; other equipment may be more.) All rolling stock must be equipped with Kadee #5 couplers, non-magnetic axles, be appropriate to the era and operations of the layout, and pass the mechanical standards of the Operation Committee.

Members are expected to supply their own tools for work nights (ie, needle nose pliers, NMRA gauge, jeweller's screwdrivers, scale ruler, Exacto knife, files, small tweezers, et cetera).

At various times throughout the year other social activities are held of which the members are notified.
