A shot of the switchback
A small logging camp just north of the switchback.
Here, you can see the dense foliage and uneven trackage
these trains had to negotiate.
A shot of the other train, following us up the mountain.
Upon descending into the valley, trackage that is seldom
seen by the public, we came across a rock slide, obstructing the
track.
