Modeling the 3000 Coach

3000 Series Coach

I have gotten sidetracked by designing web pages and need to get back to my modeling. As a result, this page is under construction.

I cut up some Rivarossi diners into individual window / side units. I then cut them to the proper width and glued them together. I also blanked out the transom windows, built vestibule doors from sheet styrene, and added the Santa Fe sill. Each side had 36 pieces involved, and the sides are different because of the toilet windows.

Now I am trying to get a "perfect" roof to match.

Once these three major items are complete, I will be resin casting them so I can produce several cars.
