Conroe, TX, 1/2004

Conveniently, the "hot time" is the late afternoon/evening. Bob Smith probably will have more to add, but this is what I can contribute:
(UP/BNSF) Palestine Sub trains:
ZHOYC (3-5am)
pardon for asking, but is there still HHOUMAD? if so, about noon the Conroe
Local (LEC35) in the morning & middle of day, then evening midday/early
afternoon: QBTNL
3-8pm: QBLNL, QHONL, QSRNL, QHOCH, QAGNL, HHOUMEM
Thursday only: QPTLE
Wednesday & Saturday late nights only: QAGPF occasional empty autorack trains.
Julian, when is QEWAS running these days?
(BNSF) Conroe Sub trains:
MTPLSSB - late evening
MSSBTPL - midday sometime (I think)
HNWOBEL (apparently) - middle of the night
LGFC161 "Conroe Local" - leaves Conroe around 8-9pm (I think) bound
for Somerville grain, rocks, potash
But yeah, surest bet is to show up in the late afternoon for the northbound Palestine parade.
