Walthers once made line of passenger car kits for heavyweight cars which were combination of metal, wood, plastic parts. Definitely craftsman style kits, the kits also carried several variants of Walthers part or stock numbers. Early cars had wooden roofs; later cars had plastic roofs. Sides are stamped metal with little detail. Doors are also stamped metal and tend to have windows which are too large.

A Word of Caution.
The publication, Car and Locomotive Plans for Model Railroaders published in 1948 and 1953 has been the source of plans for a number of manufacturers of brass and plastic. Unfortunately faulty plans have resulted in erroneous models. The Concor Baggage Car was based on a drawing of 3446-3452 that shows a smooth roof when the roof was Budd fluted. Coach 3137-3166 has a fluted roof photograph but a smooth roof drawing.
Also one can not always believe the captions for photos.
