Athearn Express Reefer

Athearn produces two different styles of "Express Reefers." One REA Model #1609 is unlike anything REA ever owned.
Athearn #1609, not prototypical.
Their 50' Express reefer #5536 is a reasonable version of the REA cars.
Athearn #5536
The end eaves of this car are not accurate and other end details could be corrected. However, it is not bad for an inexpensive car.
The Santa Fe version, Athearn #5531 (same molds), is not accurate for any ATSF prototype.
