The railroad station has both platforms for awaiting the trains as well as two terminal buildings—one for passengers and one for freight.  The red arrow above points to the stairwell (with railing) leading from the platform, underground, to the station.  A hole is cut into the table where the stairs actually go below! There is a mix of old and new buildings, as is typical for so many downtowns.

Landscaping is the last part of the project; therefore road cover and pedestrian traffic is minimal but will be filled in over time.
