Events are scheduled throughout the operating season. They consist mainly of Run Days and Meets. Other events that the LILS have participated in include:

Run Days
These are the days that LILS is open to the public. Typically, Run Days are scheduled for the second and last Sundays of the month from May to October. The schedule is shifted slightly to accomodate holidays. We run from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Tickets are required and may be obtained at our ticket booth. While not required, donations are accepted at the ticket booth as well.Meets
Meets are held on certain weekends during the season and always include a Run Day. The Fridays and Saturdays of a Meet are set aside for our members, members of other clubs, and their family and friends. Extra activities on meet days include a dinner or barbecue, night running and bi-directional running. The Run Days during the weekend of a Meet are always special. It is a time when out-of-towners bring their equipment to run on our track.
