Chassis and motor from old 'United' truck.
Twin bogies plus another connected to the chassis by a long wooden pole.
Wheels steel-flanged railway type.
Power through two gearboxes, back-to-back, driving to a differential on which sprockets were fitted.
Chains drove to sprockets on the bogie axles. Rear gearbox used on the run out into the bush,
with the front gearbox using forward gear. On return journey, laden with logs, appropriate gears were used
in each gearbox to cope with the terrain and the load.
