(Picture: #66) McCloud, CA, 11/2002. The McCloud has kept wreck-damaged center beam cars on the property for use as tie cars. Car #9128, damaged in a 1996 wreck that took place just above Mt. Shasta City, has filled in that role for the last several years. It may soon be replaced by another wreck-damaged car from a more recent derailment. |
