Most of the running was done with Dave Taylor's Red Caboose GP units, Weaver RS3, and Atlas SW9, all painted in Boston and Maine colors. Bill Wheeler brought his usual assortment of NH power, displayed on his engine terminal modules. Mike Boucher brought an On3 shay, and On3 D&RGW K-28 and his Bachmann On30 passenger car set. The narrow gauge engines were running back and forth on temporary track on Mike's two modules.
We had a lot of positive comments from the visitors. Many people were unaware that two rail O scale existed, never mind having a local club for it.
Now for the photos... (Click on the thumbnail to see the full size images)
Dave Taylor behind his modules, with two of his engines.
There is no skyboard on Dave's modules, as he is making building flats
of classic New England textile mills as his backdrop. You can see
some of the building flats to his left.
For
some strange reason, all the club members found the sign above our modules
terribly amusing!
