It's Canadian Pacific Royal Hudson 2839, but this is in Sylmar, CA at the Nethercutt Museum, best known for its automobile collection. You must see the chrome plated control handles at the backhead. April, 2006 CP 2839 never looked this good even when the type was pulling the royal train in the 1930's. The staff at the Nethercutt restores autos to concours d'elegance standards and saw no reason why a locomotive should get anything less.
