The Military Society of Model Railroad Engineers

We welcome you to the miniature world of the North Star Railroads

Our Mission

To create miniature railroad environments, teach others about the hobby, and have fun.

About Us

The MSMRRE is open to all ages.  We welcome all skill levels, from the "I just got a new choo-choo train" people to the "I have been doing this for 30 years, let me show you how to ...." people. As long as you come to have fun, you are always welcome. We meet every Tuesday night at 7pm-? and Saturday afternoons from 1pm-whenever.  There's always someone willing to show you around, trains to run, or projects to work on; so whether you are a passing traveler, permanently assigned, live near by, on your lunch break, or have made a whole day for trains, stop in and enjoy the wonderful miniature world of model railroading.

We have four major layouts: HO scale, N scale, HOn3, and O.
