This Page has been broken into several smaller index pages, as there have been many new Commuter Services introudeuced to the site over the past few years, this process has become necessary. This Page, therefore, will serve as the master index, and index profile, but the links will link to a specific index page that will have more information about the particular service. Some Amtrak Routes have been transferred to this section of the site because they have no food service, or are operated in conjunction with a Joint Powers Board. Although both of the JPB operated Amtrak trains have cafe cars and bicycle service, they are included here. The Amtrak INdex will be updated accordingly as each of these services is transferred into this section of the web site.

There will be a separate introduction page constructed to explain the new format that is being displayed. In the bus links, since Cal-Train operates Thruway Buses, their buses now have their own link. Service changes for each of these trains will be discussed under its own timetable update message separate from the General System.
