The Sunset Limited Adjustment is shown in the tables below: The top table is westbound service train #1 and the bottom table is eastbound service train #2: Modified timetables shown on Trainweb will be adjusted to show the additions of HOS, BMT, LCH, LFT, NIB, SCH, and NOL back to the schedule. Times for these stops in the Fall Amtrak Timetable are replaced by a footnote. Also, sightseer lounge service returns with the resumption of New Orleans Service and the Diner resumes service entirely as a diner. It had been running as a dining/lounge car combination for much of the past two months.  The through sleeper line 130/230, however does not return with this change, at least for now, so No Family or Deluxe Bedrooms will be available for sale east of San Antonio. This remains the only portion of Sunset Limited service, which is still disrupted.  Standard and Handicapped Accessible bedrooms on a transition sleeping car, however, will be available for sale between Los Angeles and New Orleans.  The Sunset Limited is now the only disrupted train, since the City of New Orleans and Crescent have been restored on October 7, 2005.  The only leg of the “Southern Crossing” that remains out of service is the Jacksonville-New Orleans segment of the Sunset Limited. That is expected to return within the life cycle of this timetable, but the date of restoration was not known at press time of this timetable.  Watch for the restoration of service announcement during a future update of the Trainweb Server.
