Welcome to the
Garden State Division
The most Southern part of the Northeastern Region of
the National Model Railroad Association
The division is your local contact with the NMRA.
We cover the northern half of New Jersey and Staten Island NY.
If you live above Monmouth county, we most likely cover you.
If you are not in our division,you may still, as a NMRA member attend all of our events.
The great benefit of one dues is that you can attend ANY NMRA event. You need not be a member!
So if you like, come and see what we are all about,
we'd love to meet you.
We hold four meets a year plus we try to add in other events along the way.

In the news
We had our 'Dual' meet with he New Jersey Division which really wasn't a dual,
but still a number of your officers attended and asked lots of questions,
picked up on a few ideas and hopefully all this will make the GSD a better division.
We Had our Railroad day at Lake Mohawk and while the weather was far from great, and
with only 5 members and three wives attending, we still did a good job with the kids.
There is more we can do and were working now on how to improve this event.
