| The North Georgia and Appalachian Railroad announces the aquisition of a terminal facility near Saluda North Carolina and expansion of our passenger and freight service westward from our yard in Martinsville West VA. our facilities in Parkersburg West Va are expected to open in October or november of 2004. We hope to establish interchange rights with others in that area as we move forward. Our WastRunner operation is "picking up" and we hope to open a transfer station in Winston Salem North Carolina within the next 6 months. Our transfer facilities in Atlanta Georgia are functioning very well, and our incenerator facility in East Tennessee is doing a great business. We are excited to announce that we are egerly awaiting the arrival of our U50 back from the paint shop for service with our WasteRunner service. we will post pictures when the final is done. from the Superintendant's desk Phillip B.
