Under requirements of the Federal Railroad Administration. masks will be requirred when riding the trolley.

We are looking forward to welcoming the public back to the Museum and to sharing our rich trolley heritage with the public again. See you on the trolley in July.

MUSEUM SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Public Walking Tours. Museum grounds are open to the public on Saturdays, from Saturday, July 3rd through Saturday, October 9th, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Tours will be conducted every hour on the half hour starting at 10:30 A.M. and running through 3:30 P.M. Member volunteers are needed to help guide visitors through the Musuem.

Streetcar Rides. The public may ride a streetcar on the museum's demonstration track beginning on the second Saturday of July (July 10th) through the second Saturday of October (October 9th), weather permitting. Rides will be conducted in August through September on the second and fourth Saturdays. Fares are $4.00 for Adults and Teenagers, 13 and older; Children 6 to 12 years old are $2.00; and Children 5 and younger are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets may be purchased from the Museum Store. The rides will commence on the hour beginning at 11:00 A.M., with the last ride of the day occurring at 3:00 P.M.

Scheduled Work Sessions. Every Saturday from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. For other days, contact Walt Stoner at 330-769-5501. Volunteers of all ages, genders, and skills are needed.

Media Mornings are normally on the first Saturday of March, May, August, November, and December at 9:30 A.M.. Media Mornings are held at the Hinckley Township Hall at 1410 Ridge Road in Hinckley, Ohio. The Hinckley Township Hall is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of State Routes 3 and 303. Please enter from the rear of the building. Doors open by 9:00 A.M. Media Mornings are free and open to the public. PLEASE SEE CALENDAR FOR MORE DETAILS.

Directors Business Meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of January, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, and November. No meetings will be held in December, February or July, except by special notice. Meetings are held at the Museum in April through September. Meetings in January, March, October, and November will be held at the Hinckley Township Hall at 1410 Ridge Road in Hinckley, Ohio. Meetings start at 11:00 A.M. and are open to all members.

  • March 6th, 2021 CANCELED - Saturday at 9:30 A.M. Media Morning. Program: Member Blaine Hays will present a program on the New Orleans trolley system.
  • March 13th and 14th - CANCELED Saturday and Sunday, N.O.R.M. Historical Displays and Museum Store at the Railfest Div 5 NMRA Train Show, Lakeland Community College, I-90 and S.R. 306, Exit 193, Kirtland, Ohio. 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. both days.
  • March 20th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Seville Methodist Church.


  • April 17th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Museum.


  • May 1st - CANCELED Saturday at 9:30 A.M. Media Morning. Program: Member Blaine Hays will present a program on the Toronto trolley system.
  • May 8th - Saturday. Orientation session for the Museum's Tour Guides and Operating Personnel at 10:00 A.M. in Car 1225 at the Museum.
  • May 15th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Museum.
  • May 22nd - October 9th CANCELED - Saturdays. Walking tours begin at N.O.R.M., each Saturday, 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
  • May 22nd CANCELED - Saturday. Ride a streetcar on the museum's demonstration track, weather permitting.   • September 12th - Sunday, Annual Members' Picnic at the Museum, 1:00 P.M. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided, please bring a salad or dessert to pass.
  • September 18th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Museum.
  • September 25th - Saturday. Ride a streetcar on the museum's demonstration track, weather permitting.


  • October 2nd and 3rd - Saturday and Sunday. N.O.R.M. Historical Displays and Museum Store at the Great Berea Train Show, Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea. Both days: 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
  • October 9th - (Last operating day for 2021.) Ride a streetcar on the museum's demonstration track, weather permitting. Fares are $4.00 for Adults and Teenagers, 13 and older; Children 6 to 12 years old are $2.00; and Children 5 and younger are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets may be purchased in the Museum Store. The rides will commence on the hour beginning at 11:00 A.M., with the last ride of the day occurring at 3:00 P.M. This willl be the final operating day for 2021.
  • October 16th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Hinckley Township Hall.


  • November 6th - Saturday at 9:30 A.M. Media Morning. Program: TBA
  • November 20th - Saturday. Directors Business Meeting at the Hinckley Township Hall.


  • December 4th - Saturday at 9:30 A.M. Media Morning. Program: Member Blaine Hays will present a program on the Cleveland Union Terminal, its development and operation.
