AN INVITATION TO JOIN N.O.R.M.

If you are not now a member of the Northern Ohio Railway Museum, please accept this invitation to join the over 180 men and women who are voluntarily building, maintaining, operating and managing the museum. As a member you will receive a pass to the museum; a subscription to our bimonthly newsletter, THE NORTHERN LIGHT; a 10% discount on fantrips and excursions sponsored by the museum; a 10% discount on Museum Store purchases; and a standing invitation to visit the museum and participate in its activities. Regular membership entitles you to vote in elections and at membership meetings and operating privileges (after qualification). Please complete the application form below and return it with your check today.

Northern Ohio Railway Museum APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP Choose a Membership Class
___	REGULAR MEMBERSHIP (Minimum age 18) entitles you to all museum benefits listed above, including voting rights and operating privileges (after qualification). Annual Dues: $30
___	LIFE MEMBERSHIP is available to Regular members for a one time payment of $300 or ten consecutive annual payments of $35.
___	RETIRED REGULAR MEMBERSHIP is open to all retired or permanently disabled persons and entitles you the same benefits as Regular Membership. Annual Dues: $20.
___	CO-MEMBERSHIP is open to the spouse of any Regular or Retired Regular Member and entitles you to the same benefits as Regular Membership. Annual Dues: $20
___	ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP entitles you to all Museum benefits except voting and operating. Annual Dues: $15
___	STUDENT MEMBERSHIP is available to full time students under the age of 18 and entitles you to the same benefits as Associate Membership. Annual Dues: $10
___	FAMILY MEMBERSHIP package includes one Regular Membership, one Co-membership, and Student Membership for each eligible child in the same household. Annual Dues: $50
