NER Conventions are held twice a year. These gatherings move around our Region and provide Local groups, usually the local Division, the opportunity to show the members from the rest of the Region the exciting hobby activities that they are enjoying.

NER Conventions typically begin on a Friday and continue through Sunday morning. Activites that make up the program of an NER Convention may include a hospitality room, a video theater, a program of rail and non-rail clinics, club and home layout visits, rail and non-rail fan trips, model, photo and craft contests, and an awards banquet with program. Occasionally an auction or a train show will be an added attraction.

Registering for a NER Convention is an easy task. Registration information is published in the NER Coupler prior to the convention. Registration information is also available by mail from the Registrar as soon as it is complete. In addition, convention information will be included in this web site. All registrations for NER Conventions should be sent to the Registrar.
