NZ Diesel & Electric Traction
Steam Incorporated, a preservation society based in Paekakariki, near Wellington, owns two of the seven remaining DA class locomotives. Here in 1989 is DA 1410 (TMS No. 126) leading DA 1431 on an excursion in the Wanganui area, after both had been restored to the original colours.
