Remarks:     This Heisler first saw service with the Taupo Totara Timber Co. at Mokai when it was bought new in 1921. It was used to haul timber from the bush around Mokai where it was delivered to the main Taupo Totara line for onwards delivery to Putaruru by means of the company's 2-4-4-2 Alco Mallet. When the line was closed in 1947, the Heisler was taken over by the NZR and moved to their Stores Branch bush operation at Mamaku, near Rotorua, where it was in service until 1952.
