AZ ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Phoenix Trolley They operate a very short trolley line close to downtown Phoenix during the winter.
AK ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Fort Smith Trolley Museum  Part of a historical center. It has a virtual museum on their web site
CA ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Western Railway Museum Also known as Rio Vista. This large museum is located near the SF Bay Area. They have everything from trolleys to steam locomotives
CA ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) San Francisco Cable Car Museum This is a working museum, here the cable machinery is clearly seen that propel the cable cars up the famous hills.
CA ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) The Orange Empire Railway Museum This a large museum of electric, diesel and steam in Perris CA near LA. They have everything from trolleys to steam locomotives
CA   San Jose Historic Trolleys Their cars operate on San Jose's light rail line through downtown.

CA ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) California Trolley and Railroad Corporation They operate the trolleys at the San Jose Historical Museum (Kelley Park). They are also restoring an SP Baldwin steamer.
CA   Travel Town This transportation museum is located within Griffith Park in LA
CO   Fort Collins Municipal Railway A group that runs original Birney cars on a portion of the original Fort Collins right-of-way.
CO   Denver Rail Heritage Society Operators of the Platte River Trolley in Denver
CO ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Pikes Peak Historical Street Railway Foundation Groups working on bringing streetcars back to Colorado Springs.
CT ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) The Connecticut Trolley Museum Out of East Windsor CT, between Hartford and Springfield. Also known as Warehouse Point.
CT ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Shoreline Trolley Museum This large traction/transit museum is located near New Haven, CT. The museum has also been called Branford.

IA ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Midwest Electric Railway Association This museum operates trolleys for the Old Threshers Reunion every Labor Day weekend.
IL ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Illinois Railway Museum One of the largest traction/transit/railroad museums in the US. It is based out of Union, IL near Chicago.
IL Shore Line Interurban Historical Society This group promotes the history of transit in the Chicago area.

LA   New Orleans Riverfront Streetcars This line was just re-gauged and is connected to the transit streetcar line via Canal St.
ME ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) The Seashore Trolley Museum This it probably the largest traction museum in the US. They are located in Kennebunkport Maine
MA   The Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum This is a newly formed museum group near Springfield, Mass. They operate a newly restored former Shelburne trolley combine #10.
MA   Lowell National Historical Park This living museum includes replica streetcars in operation.
MN ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Minnesota Transportation Museum Inc. They operate Como-Harriet Streetcar Line as well as a steam RR and a steamboat. The streetcar line links Lake Calhoun with Lake Harriet, using former Twin Cities equipment.
MO ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Museum of Transportation This St. Louis Museum operates streetcars along with a huge assortment of Railroad equipment.
MD ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Baltimore Streetcar Museum Baltimore's former transit operator saved virtually one of every car class that they ever operated, leaving this museum with a great interpretation of Baltimore's transit history.
MD ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) National Capital Trolley Museum The streetcar museum near Washington DC in Wheaton Maryland
NY The Electric Railroaders Association, Inc. This is a nationwide group, but focuses mainly on NY Traction.
NY New York City Model Transit Association A group that models NY's subways
NY ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) The Trolley Museum of New York Located in Kingston along the Hudson River. They are planning to add overhead to their line.
NY ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) New York Transit Museum If you love historic subway cars, this is the place to go. It's even in a former Subway Station in Brooklyn.
NC ARM_Logo2.gif (1847 bytes) Charlotte Trolley Museum They own 4 trolley cars, one operates on trackage in Charlotte

OR Astoria Downtown Trolley  Schedule for the Riverfront trolley in Astoria, OR. They use a San Antonio trolley # 300.

PA East Penn Traction Club This is a group that does trolley modeling.
TN Memphis - The Trolley This vintage line uses mostly Portugal's Brill cars which runs on the Mid-America Mall in downtown Memphis.
TX El Paso Streetcar This group is trying to bring back streetcars to El Paso.

WA Issaquah Valley Trolley This is a new trolley ride just outside of Seattle.
WA The Yakima Valley Trolley This group will be operating trolleys again in Yakima.
