To get an idea of just how important our little Light Rail line's path once was to the Nation, we've included a couple of schedule transcriptions.

The first of courtesy of Larry Paul, and shows the Northern Central's diverse services.  Of particular interest is the occasional use of Ruxton and Lutherville Stations as stops for the Harrisburg trains, which may have operated beyond.  Also interesting is the three back to back long distance Express trains that arrived in the Morning and left in the Evening.  Watching these trains must have surely captured a few railfans!
