MLW built 1238 was also owned by George, who acquired both directly from the CPR in 1964.
He sold both in August 1968 to Historic Red Clay Valley Railway Equipment & Leasing Company.
High Iron Company which operated a number of mainline steam excursions before selling them in 1973 to Jack Showalter.

1286 hauling a 14 car High Iron excursion over the Lehigh & Hudson River through Great Meadows, NJ.
