Lack of traffic is very evident with Extra 434 South on July 17, 1958. Al Paterson

Dunsford station was rented out as a residence after the end of passenger
service October 26, 1957.
There was no freight customer at Dunsford and by the weeds just past the station
it looks like it has
been a long time since any freight train ventured to Bobcaygeon! August 1961

Only unscheduled freight service was shown in the employee time table between
Lindsay and Bobcaygeon.
In fact nothing actually operated due to lack of traffic, the line had been
abandoned June 15th.

After abandonment the station was relocated into the village of Dunsford and used as a residence. 2005 Tony Bock
