Precision National Corp.

Located in Mount Vernon, IL in the early 1970's PNC was a remanufacturer of diesels and one of the first companies to offer short term leases on full-sized locomotives. This shop later became National Railway Equipment which continued leasing and rebuilding diesels becoming a major supplier.
