1. The SFP&P Community Club 1935 Latre sold to the town for $1 becoming the Town Hall.
2. The hospital. Two additions added since picture was taken.
3. The Kapuskasing Inn, 410 rooms plus dining rooms, lounges etc. Sold by SFP&P in 1972.

The park you see covers about a mile of shore line around the bay of Kapuskasing River
and was owned and maintained by SFP&P
