With mates 2001 and 2002, all 3 units sit on a RIP track with some former B.C. Rail dinner train cars, and SD40-2's 1731 and 1736 these units await their future. Deemed retired, there is word that one of the units may be reinstated as an APU to replace the 206 acquired from BCRail.
