Spotting Features:

Miniature Train Company trains can be easily distinguished by the distinctive Art Deco MTC "wings" logo on the nose. Beware, however, as not all trains had the logo.

The G-12 is an articulated streamliner train. It is based on one of the early diesel streamlines of the 1930s, very likely the Illinois Central's Green Diamond.The standard train consists of a power car and three or four coaches. The coaches share a truck with the car ahead and behind.
