A westbound CP intermodal proceeds through Kentwood, MI on its way to Chicago, IL in 1992. For several years, CP has used the CSX Michigan lines as their gateway to Chicago, although this may end due to the possibility of CP switching over to NS's route in Northern Indiana in the near future.
