Reading Company Neshaminy Falls Station Bensalem PA 1948

From the scrap book of Richard S. Bregler Jr., taken by him in 1948. A view looking north from the north end of the outbound platform at Neshaminy Falls Station with the New York Short Line and JG (Neshaminy) tower to the right and the Neshaminy Line and freight station to the left.
Now reversed, from north of JG tower looking south, NYSL left and Neshaminy Line right.
A view of JG tower from the inbound station platform looking northeast.
A broadside view of the west side of JG tower. The color scheme was brown and cream.
And just to show that they did run trains back then, Dick took a couple of shots of the Crusader steam engines hauling something different for a change: Jersey City bound trains with heavyweight cars, including baggage cars, instead of the normal streamlined lightweight cars.
