| For the modelers who loathe decaling, the next best thing to the famous "Undecorated Railroad" may be these pair of cabooses. |
| SEPTA caboose SPAX 2000 has gone from relatively spartan but clean to rusty and tagged, and now is sporting an even more austere look. |

| Another survivor is Conrail N21 caboose 21201. It has gone from shiny Conrail Blue to rusty and abused Conrail Blue, and now comes in plain vanilla, courtesy of NS. |
