| The former Conrail FlexiFlo Terminal in South Philadelphia is now owned by Savage Industries, and parked in the yard are three of their switchers, which are reportedly waiting to head over the Delaware River when Savage takes over operations at an oil refinery in Paulsboro NJ. |
