| CSX Trenton Line and NS Morrisville Line Woodbourne PA February 28 2012 |

The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus had just finished its annual run in South Philadelphia on February 27 and the Blue Unit was destined to make the pilgrimage to North Jersey the next day. It is usually an early morning run so a number of railfans were out early waiting patiently trackside. "Patiently" became the word of the day as the morning turned to afternoon before it popped up on radar. So what to do in the mean time .... Gratefully CSX provided some entertainment, first up, after making a set off at Woodbourne, was Q300 led by CSX ES44DC 5398 and HLCX SD40-2 8143. |

| While Q418 made a pickup in the yard, C770 came out of BCIP and ran up to CP Wood before backing into Woodbourne and calling it a day. |

| After finishing its work, Q418 continued east with CSX CW44AC 5104 teamed up with CSX CW44AC 561. |

| A lull on the CSX side was interrupted by a train on the NS Morrisville Line, in this case a lunchtime appearance of NS 14G at CP West Lang with the trio of NS D9-40CW 9493, SD60 6587 and D9-40CW 9787. |

| Finally at 14:30 the circus comes to Woodbourne ... |

| and that quickly it is gone for another year. |

| Right behind the circus was the trash in the form of CSX Q706 and CSX CW40-8 7664. |
