Click to subscribe to S-Scale or go to groups.yahoo.com/group/S-Scale   Click to unsubscribe from S-Scale If you want to receive only one composite S-Scale e-mail a day you will need to select “Digest” from the S-scale groups.yahoo.com website.  Digest works well for folks that don’t want to get lots of mail. It tends to be slower because it only sends out a Digest message once a day.   If you are on a corporate/company e-mail system you may want to use this option.
