This car was built by Pullman Standard in 1954, as a lightweight Dinette Car for the Canadian National Railway. Conrail acquired this car in March 1985, and converted it to Track Inspection Car #9. 11/16/98.

Conrail E8-A # 4020


Built in 1951 by EMD for the Pennsylvania Railroad, PRR #5809. (Penn Central #4309) Went to Amtrak in 1974, Amtrak #496. In 1976, Amtrak removed the steam generators and installed head-end power sets. Conrail purchased the locomotive in 1984 and renumbered it CR #4020.
