Green Bay was the last stronghold for Alcos on the CNW. The Alco engines were superior performers on extreme cold and CNW relegated then to serving the cold area of Green Bay. CNW still rostered 2 RS-11s (4250-4251), I found 1 of them in Green Bay that day.
