cr_u23c CONRAIL U-23-C Conrail inherited 19 of these big U-boats which were all purchased new by PC and were numbered 6700-6718. They were later renumbered into the 6900's to free the number series for new SD-50s after the 6900's were made available when Conrail retired the last of their SD-9s
