Corrections/Additions to D. Herbert Way's Descendants of Robert and Hannah Hickman Way of Chester County, Pennsylvania

Briefly, this page is an attempt to have some information corrected, and the addition of others who were omitted from the Tenth and Eleventh generations of Volume II of the Way compilation of Herbert Way.

Links on names refer to other pages on this site. Links on numbers navigate within this page. The numbers used on this page correspond to those numbers used in the Way book. No attempt has been made to enter older information from this work, or any other lines other than those descent of #3697, Josephine Hobson Way.

Where 11th generation names were not included with their tenth generation parents, and as such, no code number was given, "11th gen omitted" is given in the code # field. In most cases, the 11th generation was born after publication of Volume II, though some members, the author of this page included, were born prior to publication of Volume II, but after D. Herbert Way's death.

Josephine Hobson Way was born in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania on December 8, 1856. She was the daughter of Caleb Pugh Way (1570) and Priscilla Hobson. She married Edward Irvin McKeever, son of Samuel and Elizabeth (Lockard) McKeever, on November 30, 1856. She died in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on December 28, 1930. She was buried with her husband, son Herman, and later with her daughter Bertha and her husband at Union Hill Cemetary, Kennett Square, Pa.
