Green Goat Locomotive

This locomotive was spotted at BNSF Railway Commerce Engine Facility.  Others are working in the Southern California area, most notably in around the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.  Union Pacific has one in the port area which had been loaned to Pacific Harbor Line for testing and evaluation.
