- Chehalis Western formed by Weyerhaeuser in 1936 after purchasing a line running between Chehalis and Dryad from MILW.
- Line beyond Ruth was not operated, and removed. A new branch was built south from Ruth to Camp McDonald.
- Curtis to Camp McDonald segment abandoned in 1975, and the railroad was reorganized as the Curtis, Milburn & Eastern Railroad on Dec 1, 1975.
